Basic Life Support (BLS) 6 Hours

BLS certification, or Basic Life Support certification, is essential for healthcare providers and others who may need to respond to emergencies. You can earn your BLS certification through organizations like the American Red Cross, which offers training that covers life-threatening emergencies, CPR, and the use of an AED. The American Heart Association (AHA) also provides BLS courses that train participants in high-quality chest compressions and appropriate ventilations.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) 8 HOURS

The AHA’s ACLS course builds on the foundation of lifesaving BLS skills, emphasizing the importance of continuous, high-quality CPR. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC).

CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT - 5 MONTHS

Foundations I

Weeks 1–4

Basic anatomy, infection control, patient rights, communication skills. 

Clinical Skills Integration

Weeks 5–7

Bedside care, vital signs, hygiene care, feeding assistance.

Supervised Clinical Rotation I

Weeks 8–12

Patient care in hospital or health center, 

Foundations II + Special Topics

Weeks 13–14

Geriatrics, mental health, medical ethics, cultural sensitivity.

Supervised Clinical Rotation II

Weeks 15–18

Advanced patient care and departmental rotations. 

Review & Assessment

Week 19

Formative evaluations.

Final Assessment

Week 20

Summative evaluation & Clinical Skills Assessment.
